whoowheee. school is winding down and for once its actually winding down! no crazy cramming, really the only thing i need to work a lot on is photography, just because ive been having a hell of a time deciding what theme to do and actually taking pictures :P so that might be a rush at the end if i wait forever to take the pictures and then have to edit and print really fast. but ceramics is pretty much done, not supposed to be throwing any more, and my other two classes just have some reading and one shortish paper each left. for the first time ever, NO FINALS. it is awesome awesome
im making good progress on my long long list of sci-fi i need to read. finished up all the 2001 books and Childhoods End (Clark), and now im re-reading The Martian Chronicles (Bradbury). after that who knows... need to re-read Dune since i re-read all the sequels. but i think i may try something new first. havent really decided. but i finished season 1 of BSG, im hoping austin will burn me a copy of 2 and 3 since hes already downloaded them... fingers crossed

four more weeks! whoo :) then summers, and lots of working but hopefully also some fun. just got my housing assignments today, and they turned out just how i hoped. gonna be living in the appt exactly across the sidewalk from mine, almost the same just unfurnished. and im gonna be living w/ casey, eamons girlfriend, which is nice because i know her and double nice because i will hopefully get to see eamon sometimes :) its superduper. only annoying thing is figuring out where to keep couches and shit for the summer.
clay stuff is going decently, mostly im just planing around right now, which is cool. best of all i got a $50 shopping spree at a clay store in town!! it was so much fun, i have all sorts of awesome toys now, and i even used a couple today so i know they arent completely pointless :D huzzah. having a little bit of trouble trying to throw closed forms, i do fine up until i try to close the opening, then things go to shit. but at least i think im making progress making more simple forms, and since i should be able to work at work (hee) this summer, hopefully ill keep my skill level up all the way through to next semester, which is when i really have to start figuring out what the hell im going to do.
started re-watching battle star galactica after watching the awesome first episode of this season on friday. one of the guys we hang out with was complaining because he just started watching the first season and couldnt watch the current one with us, and we watched a good 4-5 episodes at his house last night, so now im finishing up the first season (the only one i have on dvd) here at school. awesomeawesome, but i have to do some works now... its lame
