crunchy toast

grah. school is cancelled, and maybe will be tomorrow too, but everythings iced so i cant drive anywhere :( poop. i dont like being stuck at home, it makes me all bored. walked the dog a few times just to do something, and cuz hes going crazy. blaaah being here makes me feel like im wasting a free day :P and i need to get ahold of a book so i can do some reading for a class thursday... bleh, i almost hope school isnt cancelled tomorrow just so i can go up to southwestern and do something.

kinda cool, my last week of break has been full of fun stuff so far :) hung out w/ hollen on thursday when we got back into town, kinda tried to go to first thursday, but decided to go bowling, then after hanging out out at her moms (hehe, lisa was a little high and was showing me all her art stuff :P) house for a little while we decided to just go drink whisky at their new house (which is actually kinda their old house, because its the other side of their old duplex :) hee tristan, betty and troupe did some salvia, but i decided im more of a booze person :P we watched into the blue because jessica alba is hot :P

the next day some of us went swimming at barton springs, because even though its freaking january, it was really warm outside. i didnt plan on swimming, but i got hot so i just went in my undies, causing michelle to make fun of me of course. met up w/ jacob and tracy and hung out for a bit, watched hedwig and the angry inch at afshans (which was fun though weird. nice music) and then later went skating! i havent been to a skating rink in forever :) it was alot of fun, though i felt really old and clumsy because it was full of 12 year olds who were really good. but much fun. there was one girl who was spending the whole time skating backwards and doing the leg thing. it was awesome.

then a couple days ago jordann and kendall had a barbecue, mmmm ribs :) got to see crazy for the first time in forever :) but, the best part was the bb guns :D i figured out im actually pretty good with them :D jordann has a pistol and a rifle, and between the two i hit about 16 or 17 cans :) i even got two with one once, one bounced into the other and knocked it over too. heee. three times i hit two in a row, and a couple times when it got to my turn i hit one first shot. wheeee, i need to get me a gun. whoosh.

mraaaa some other stuff but i am bored of typing :) whoosh.

whoosh, so i dont hate snow so much anymore :P we drove up to where my aunt has a house yesterday in the mountainish area of new mexico, and today we got to play in snow alot :D we went snow tubing, which is cheaper and more fun than waterparks in my opinion, plus the lines are alot faster. started out going down normal, then decided to try going on my stomach, which is better because it is awesome, and i can keep myself from spinning as much. then one of the guys who was at the top of the bigger slide thing talked me into going down on my hands and knees (on the tube still) which was quite fun untill i wiped out spectacularly. i did stay on all through the fast steep part, but where it slows down there is a sharper turn and i flipped there, and skidded for a bit. i wasnt wearing my gloves because it had gotten alot warmer, so i ripped up my hand a bit :P dad said the other guy was like, look away! maybe no one saw it.. and then my dad told the first guy that i was his daughter and he felt bad. but my dads cool with things like that :P "she had fun." the best part about hurting yourself on snow (which is surprisingly sharp) is that for the first five minutes or so it doesnt hurt! because your skin is still numb :P then it starts to sting alot. but i tried it again (with gloves on) and made it down. the guys at the top were proud :P so i had to do it on my knees for the rest of the time, it was much more fun. the second time i spun like crazy, especially towards the end, i could hardly stand up when it stopped i was so dizzy.

after we ate lunch we went to this golf course and played in the snow, built a kinda deformed looking snowman, and i chased ducks. crazy ducks in the snow, dont they migrate or something? then i found a hill to slide down. much wetter and slower than when you have a tube :D yayy snow. it tastes like...water. :)

watched 'young guns' with the family. i liked it pretty well. whoosh. bedtime.
