crunchy toast

school has started. its all crazy and stuff. crraaaaaazy i tell you :)

hehe, funny moment. tonight i was at afshans, and at 12 i decided to go home cuz ive gotta get up relatively early tomorrow, so i say goodnight, and he walks me to the door. i walk all the way down the the bottem of the driveway and turn towards my car, and its not there. i am totally shocked, im thinking what the fuck, where is my car?? there is no way someone towed it! wtf then i remember taht afshan and justin picked me up this morning. :P i totally did not realize it for about 10 seconds. it was pretty awesome freaking out for a bit.

dad had to go up to school today to have an info session on being an adjunct, so i went ahead and moved in. amanda said she knew two other people who were taking intro to ethics, so they are going to either be in my class, or in the one my dad is teaching! its all crazy like :) at least moving in made me not as reluctant to go back to school, i remembered that i actually LIKE being in the dorm and stuff :) got to hang out w/ amanda and hannah and eva for a bit today before i came back home.

i really like moving in to places ^_^ i like to put all my stuff in places and hehe, i dunno. :) its cuz i like to organize things. once i get them organized, im really bad at keeping them organized, but i love doing it in the first place :P we have a whiteboard outside the door which makes me happy. that and lots of shelves :) makes me want to bring books even though i dont think i will really read them. :P whatever

cant wait till saturday!! and then next monday!! wheeeeee

almost afshans birthday! almost my birthday! hooray :) almost school.... kinda hooray...

i crave fooooods. i want cookies. the thick kind with frosting all over that is really crumbly and delicious. mmmmmm. and fried catfish. mmmm. and some other things but im not sure what at the moment. it can be kinda irritating. doooooooo

i cant wait till sat! i hope afshan likes his suprise present thing :D

whee! new... not layout, but colors, name and more pictures! yayy. :) i was getting bored of the blue, though i have had that for a really long time. it was purple before that, if anyone actually remembers :P so green. i like green :D and i wanted more pretty things so i put up a bunch of pictures at the top.. i dont know if thats gonna make it too hard to load. :/ we will see. but at least its something different. and i was really sick of the old title, and i couldnt think of anything interesting or meaningful, so crunchy toast it is. ^_^

i saw 'little miss sunshine' today with mom, afshan and his mom. :) it was really quite good! very funny, lots of dark weird humor, except for the end, it was a little too disney ending for my taste, but i liked it alot.

time for cookies! hooray cookies!

grahhh, my ears freaking hurt :( i just cleaned them and they both ache like icky things. the cartilage just hurts because its cartilage, but the other one is starting to get infected, so now i cant sleep on either side of my head. >_< i hate having to sleep on my back all night long. poohy.

party at michelles last night, i like being the only sober person. its funny. except for the naked guys... that wasnt exactly the greatist thing ive ever seen... or tried to ignore. >_< i climbed a tree with lily and swam for a bit with michelle and alex (with my head above water :P) hooray.

for the first time ever i found one of those crappy tv compilation cds that isnt actually crappy! buzz ballads, i actually like just about every song on it, its crazy. it is like a cd of fourth and fifth grade :) dishwalla, live, oasis, tonic, counting crows, lifehouse, candlebox, gin blossems... haha :) of couse i didnt buy it... i just used it to remember what songs/bands i needed to download :D hee

my ear hurts :( most of the time its okay, but i swear every freaking 15 minutes i try to brush my hair behind my ear and i end up flicking the earring >_< grah. it is painful. since im at afshans and his mom is here i try not to yell obsinities too loud :/ and it hurts to clean it too. stupid cartilage for being all icky. and i have to wait a whole year before im supposed to wear a ring in it. we will see. im just waiting for it to stop hurting. the third one in the right is fine, as always, which is good cuz i can sleep on that side of my head :) 7 earrings!! hooray. :D its not going to stop at 7 either :D but ill wait a while yet

the weirdest thing about timmy being gone is the little things i dont think about normally. like, im sad, but not like im crying, cuz he was all crappy at the end, and 'its better this way' and all that. what throws me off is things like eating dinner, and then im about to put the plate on the floor and i remember hes not there, or one of the kids asking how many pets i have and im about to say, three cats and a dog... like, those little things dont even make me sad exactly, it just throws me off for a second. :/ sigh.

ps. i just developed some realllly old film :P this one is of a nest of baby squirrels!! they fell out of a tree :) they were adorable. and bald/fuzzy. hehe

and this was from ireland last summer, a guinness tanker!!! its so shiny... dad: you can park that in my front yard please!


anywho... im gonna go make some pudding for the invalid. :D

grarrr, afshans going in to have his tonsils out today, i think ill go over later but he may still be all sleepy and stuff. :/ im going to be his unofficial nurse this week, make him jello, rent him movies... keep him doped up on his liquid vicodin, yayyy! so yeah. hopefully he will sleep alot. guys get grumpy when they cant do stuff.

the beach was yay happy fun! and somehow i dont feel the slightest bit bad skipping out on the last day of work :P thank god for afshan though, i doubt i woulda made it to port aransas in the blue car :) much swimming and digging in the sand. afshan and ethan and dad always made either really big holes or really big castles with really big moats :P but i like to make little holes. or tunnels. i also like to catch fish! i caught a bunch of fish with our nets, little tiny flat guys. the first time i let them go but the second time i fed them to the seagulls :D heheh

i managed to catch two waves on the body board!! it was teh awesome!!!! :D very exciting. the second time i rode it in untill the wave died and couldnt carry me :) hehe. yay and happy stuff. annnnd i didnt get too burned. just a little bit red on my cheeks. :) and then yesterday we went to the aquarium! hooray, i petted abunch of sting and manta rays. they are so squishy! very nice. also afshan and i found a very outgoing hermit crab who liked to pinch us. which was fine cuz he didnt pinch very hard. except when he got on afshans finger and pinched his knuckle skin. i had to pull it off. :P and we saw the sea turtles and the sea otters, who were sleepy and cute. like giant fat ferrets. and the dolphin show! alltogether too much talking and not enough cool jumping and stuff, but still, dolphins are awesome and the can jump super high! i want a dolphin.

gotta make some phone calls and figure out where im gonna get my ear pierced. :/ i wonder how much more the cartilage hurts...
